In Red Oak Farm's CSA Program, members pay at the beginning of the season for a weekly installment of ever-changing, in-season produce from our farm. It runs from mid-May through mid-November, and in the course of a season provides over 40 different types of delicious, fresh-picked produce. Installment payments or other agreed upon payment schedules are also possible, if desired. We also offer an extended share option starting in mid-November which runs into the winter, offering an array of roots and other storage andcold-hardy crops.
How it Works:
A week before pick-up, members receive an e-mail outlining what is available for the week to come. From this master list, members select
6-7 items to make their share for that week. The Standard Share, our own well-rounded selection, is always available, and is the default share for those who do not respond. Your produce will then be freshly harvested the
morning of your pick-up! Members pick-up at the farm (on Rt. 9 in Stuyvesant) or at our two market locations in Hudson and Albany (See Farmer's Market page for exact locations)

What Are Some Things I Can Choose From?
Depending on the season, you can choose from a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, eggs, teas and flowers, :
Vegetables:
Some of our seasonal vegetables include arugula, beets, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, garlic, green beans, kale, onions, potatoes, peas, salad greens, spinach, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips and more!
Fruits:
Some of our seasonal fruit include currants, raspberries, grapes and strawberries.
Optional Egg Share:
For those who are interested, we are happy to offer pasture-raised eggs, from beloved chickens who are fed organic grain. They are available as either a dozen or a half dozen per week. For a full season's worth, a dozen a week is $95 and a 1/2 dozen a week is $50. Alternatively, members can buy them as needed by letting us know a week in advance; we will include
them with your pick-up for $4.00/dozen or$2.25 per 1/2 dozen.
Herbal Products:
Diverse selection of herbal teas.
